The journey of this unique coffee starts from Mexico and specifically from the Chaipas region.
This is a region located at an altitude of over 1200m and the characteristics of its soil and microclimate are what create the non-negotiable high quality of this decaf coffee.
For its decaffeination, the Water Mountain process is followed, a 100% natural method that ensures both respect for the raw material and the preservation of the perfect result of a coffee of unquestionable quality.
